SellerCalcPH (“we,” “our,” or “the site”) is a free, browser-based calculator tool for Philippine online sellers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Data you enter: All values you input into the calculator (prices, weights, categories, etc.) are processed entirely in your browser. We do not transmit, store, or log any of this data on our servers.

Usage data: We may collect anonymous usage analytics (pages visited, session duration, device type) via Google Analytics 4 or a privacy-friendly alternative. This data does not identify you personally.

Cookies & local storage: We use browser localStorage to remember your consent choice and preferred color theme (light/dark). No tracking cookies are set before you accept our consent banner.

3. Third-Party Services

We load web fonts from fonts.bunny.net, a GDPR-compliant font proxy. No Google Fonts requests are made. If analytics are enabled (with your consent), data is processed by Google LLC under their own Privacy Policy.

4. Your Rights

You may decline non-essential cookies via our consent banner at any time. Clicking “Decline” prevents any analytics from running. You can clear your browser’s localStorage at any time to reset your consent choice.

As a Philippine-based site serving PH users, we comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) to the extent applicable.

5. Data Retention

We do not retain personal data on our servers. Any analytics data collected (with consent) is retained according to Google Analytics’ default retention settings and can be requested for deletion.
